Overview

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen, including equipment sanitation
- Support the team during busy service hours by ensuring timely food delivery
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work station throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line/prep cook in a restaurant setting




- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of meal preparation, food service, and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to interact professionally with customers when needed
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
