Project Faster is an appointment-only performance studio. We don’t do routine maintenance. We build elite, bespoke V-Twin motorcycles and serious engine packages and we tune our own builds in-house to deliver proven, repeatable results.

This is precision work for riders who expect craftsmanship they can see, feel, and trust.

We’re looking for a tech who treats every build like a signature piece—because that’s exactly what it is.

The Role

You’ll be the person who:

- Builds complete high-end V-Twin motorcycles from concept to final delivery.
- Assembles performance engine packages with uncompromising attention to measurement, fitment, and long-term reliability.
- Works alongside our in-house tuning process to validate each build’s performance and refinement.
- Integrates premium and bespoke components with clean, intelligent routing and flawless finishing.
- Solves build-level challenges with confidence and discipline—no shortcuts, no guesswork.
- Collaborates with our CNC/design team to bring custom billet parts into real-world, ride-ready systems.
- Maintains a top-tier build workplace: organized, methodical, and detail-driven.

What You Need To Bring

- Alberta 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
- Strong V-Twin performance build experience,



especially engine-focused work.
- A precision mindset: clearances, torque discipline, assembly sequencing, and repeatable standards.
- High-end fit-and-finish instincts: the bike must look as perfect as it runs.
- Confidence owning full builds end-to-end with pride in the outcome.
- Passion for big-inch engines, turbos, superchargers and bespoke performance culture.
- Self-driven, low-drama, high-output.
