The Role

As a Residential Service Plumber and Gas Technician, you’ll diagnose and service residential plumbing and heating systems while delivering a professional, customer-first experience.

You must be comfortable explaining repair options clearly and recommending the most appropriate solution based on the customer’s needs and system condition.

You’ll be supported by office staff handling scheduling and customer communication and will receive training to get fully set up with our software, systems, and service process.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential plumbing service and repair/installation work only
- Diagnose and service residential heating systems, including boilers and furnaces
- Accurately troubleshoot plumbing, gas, and heating issues
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Maintain high workmanship, cleanliness, and safety standards




- Complete job notes and documentation accurately using company software
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Follow company procedures and best practices

Qualifications

- Red Seal Plumber (required)
- Gas B ticket (required)
- Solid residential plumbing and heating diagnostic skills
- Experience diagnosing boilers and furnaces
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident in customer-facing situations
- Clean, respectful presence in customers’ homes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- (Newly licensed plumbers with strong residential service skills are welcome to apply)_

- $40-$45/hr based on experience, technical ability, and client-facing skill
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
