After a 6 month training period, relocation is a possibility.

You will responsible for assisting with the preparation of apartments for occupancy and assist in maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and small/large appliances.

To qualify you must have some mechanical aptitude, solid verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 45lbs, push/pull up to 85lbs, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Pay:



From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience :

- General Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Painting/ Drywall: 1 year (preferred)
- Minor plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
