Overview

Duties

- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage customer relations to guarantee an outstanding dining experience
- Oversee food preparation and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members
- Train staff on restaurant procedures, food safety, and customer service excellence
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and service efficiency
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Skills

- Proven supervising and team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols




- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff
- Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of the food industry standards, hospitality practices, and restaurant management principles
- Experience in food handling, serving, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Background in hotel or barista services adds valuable insight into hospitality excellence
