General Manager - Taxi Company

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including dispatch, drivers, and fleet management
- Lead, mentor, and manage administrative staff and drivers
- Ensure compliance with all municipal and provincial transportation regulations
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Improve operational efficiency and implement growth strategies
- Handle customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet optimization
- Develop partnerships and business opportunities within the community

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a management role (transportation, logistics, or taxi industry preferred)
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities




- Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with dispatch systems and fleet management software
- Familiarity with rideshare/taxi industry trends
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
