We are looking for an experienced full time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Buco Pizzeria + Vino Bar! Some of your duties will include...

- Ensure all guests are attended to and served in a prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly manner
- Maintain a high level of service, as well as food, bar product, and recipe knowledge
- Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Buco specifications
- Practice the responsible selling and serving alcohol to patrons at all times
- Implement and promote upcoming and current specials and promotions
- Accountability and management of cash
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the dining room area
- Ensure Buco’s reputation for outstanding customer service, quality of food, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Promoting and up-selling of our products, in a positive, upbeat, respectful and professional manner
- Answer guest questions, concerns, and relay feedback and allergy concerns




- Carry out all delegations given by the General Manager

Requirements :

- Must be bond-able and friendly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Responsible for handling cash and other payment information within the restaurant
- Open availability for days, on-call, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and constantly changing environment
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Attain ProServe Certification from AGLC’s website
- Attain All AGLC required Certification

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary : $18.00-$23.00 per hour
