Kitchen Assistant is responsible for storage and preparation of all food products according to Bingemans specifications and practices. Kitchen staff is responsible for maintaining proper levels of prepared products. Further they will be responsible for the assembly, cooking and serving the food to customers.

What will you be doing?

- Kitchen assistant is responsible to ensure that products are properly dated, rotated and stored to ensure food safety.
- Kitchen assistant must have a complete working knowledge of menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.
- Kitchen assistant will ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with recipes and assembly manuals.




- The organization and cleanliness will be a top priority of the cook and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following his/her shift.
- Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful Kitchen Assistant.
