We’re looking for a Buying & Inventory Assistant (Part‑Time) to support our Fashion Buyer behind the scenes, helping keep inventory organized, data accurate, and buying decisions well supported inside our luxury, premium lingerie boutique.

✨ This is an amazing opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a detail‑driven approach — and who already has hands‑on experience in buying, merchandising, or inventory planning within specialty retail. You love working with data and analysis, enjoy Excel (advanced Excel skills are a must), feel comfortable learning new software, and are curious about using AI tools to stay current and work smarter as retail continues to evolve.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking a permanent, flexible part‑time position, including moms returning to the workforce, with relevant buying or inventory experience.

What You’ll Support

- Sales and inventory reporting
- Spreadsheet management and data accuracy (advanced Excel required)
- Purchase order creation, tracking, and follow‑up
- Stock monitoring and replenishment support




- Working across multiple retail and inventory software systems
- Supporting recent tools and improving processes as we grow
