Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Volunteers to support educational programs focused on working with children. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting in tutoring and classroom activities, fostering a positive learning environment. Volunteers will gain valuable experience in teaching, classroom management, and educational support, contributing to the development of students skills and confidence.

Duties

- Assist teachers in delivering instruction and supporting classroom activities
- Provide tutoring to high school students for Math and Reading
- Help organize educational materials and resources for lessons
- Engage with children to promote a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Assist with technology-based learning tools




- Supervise students during classes and managing their homework and worksheet corrections.

Requirements :

- Solid knowledge of Math or Reading
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with patience and enthusiasm for helping others
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to supporting students’ educational growth
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow guidance from educators

This position will require assessment for strong Math or Reading skills for Assistant Instructor and volunteer positions provides a rewarding opportunity.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
