Fix Auto is looking for a new Assistant Manager! The Assistant Manager will assist ad co-manage the day to day of the Shop. You will be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of Safety Policies and Procedure Guidelines ensuring compliance by all team members A day in the life of an Assistant Manager at Fix Auto

- Assist the Manager with staffing schedules and payroll recordkeeping.
- Monitor several key indicators, including daily production statistics and regional benchmarks in order to achieve productivity projections and meet our customer's expectations.
- Supervise parts procurement and supplement process.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training for current and/or new employees.
- Extensive experience in Management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
