- Sales Commissions and Job Costing

- Maintaining Customer Records
- Accounts Payable
- Processing Accounts Payable Payments
- Maintaining Company Records
- Meeting multiple deadlines
- Use of Multiple Software Systems
- Bank Deposit and Reconciliation
- Processing Payments
- Processing Payroll

Accuracy to Ensure work is completed and correct prior to processing transactions is essential

Experience in different computerized accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite and a Willingness to learn new ones is an asset

As our newest member you enjoy working Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 4:00 pm with your fellow team mates. While bringing new dinner ideas for those of us who have run out.



You’re not afraid to learn recent things and help out your teammates when we are feeling low. All the while you will be progressing your knowledge as PDS moves into the new digital world and bring your brilliant ideas to help us to get there and look professional doing it.
