Overview

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, order picking, packaging, and inventory management.
- Operate and oversee equipment such as forklifts to load and unload materials safely.
- Manage warehouse distribution processes ensuring timely order fulfilment and accurate stock levels.
- Manage order fulfilment planning including scheduling purchase orders, deliveries and pick ups.
- Google Workspace tools (especially Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Sheets) for scheduling, communication, and reporting
- Microsoft Teams for team communication, shift coordination, and updates
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular safety inspections; enforce safety protocols related to heavy lifting, construction safety standards, and heavy equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and operational metrics; ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse management




- Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment operation including forklift
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically capable of handling demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Teams, Quickbooks Online, Google calendar etc.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
