Order Desk Representative - Bickles Hardware (Niagara Falls, ON)

Main point : We’re hiring an experienced order desk person who can support customers, work well with the team, set up orders, and help with stock and inventory.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

- Enter orders into the ERP
- Source products and confirm pricing with suppliers
- Prepare and set up orders for pickup and delivery
- Help put stock away with the warehouse team
- Assist with inventory counts
- Follow set procedures for quoting and margins
- Keep notes and records up to date
- Support walk-in customers and counter sales
- Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and staff

What You Bring

- Order desk experience in industrial supply, building supply, fasteners, tools, or similar
- Strong product knowledge (fasteners, tools, PPE, safety,



cutting tools, abrasives)
- Good computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and stay organized
- Comfortable working with the warehouse
- Team player who helps where needed
- Reliable, steady, and customer-focused

Hours & Pay

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- On-site at 5964 Main Street, Niagara Falls
