Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee unloading of inventory received and staging for delivery
- Communicate and coordinate with inbound and outbound drivers
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety training sessions for staff
- Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within manufacturing or logistics sectors (minimum 3 years)
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse distribution, and inventory control systems




- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Heavy lifting capability required for handling inventory items
- Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
