We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team in Ontario. In this role, you will help maintain accurate customer accounts, support timely invoicing and payments, and contribute to solid cash flow management. This opportunity is well suited to someone who brings solid receivables experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with business clients and financial systems.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoice review, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly to identify discrepancies, resolve variances, and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Apply incoming payments accurately and promptly while ensuring cash receipts are posted to the correct accounts.
• Conduct business-to-business collection activities with strong attention to detail to reduce overdue accounts and support healthy aging reports.
• Prepare billing-related documentation and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and account details.
• Work closely with internal departments to investigate payment issues, clarify account activity, and support timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Maintain detailed records in financial systems and spreadsheets to support reporting, audit readiness, and account accuracy.
• Assist with collection reporting and account analysis by using system data and Excel-based tracking tools to monitor receivables performance.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or account reconciliation within a business environment that requires strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliations, apply cash receipts,



and manage outstanding customer balances accurately.
• Experience handling cash collections and commercial collections, including business-to-business follow-up with clients.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reconciliation tasks.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable systems such as Infor M3 or comparable ERP platforms.
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to manage customer interactions successfully.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
