We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. In this role, you will guide financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting activities while helping leaders make informed business decisions through strong modelling and data insights. You will also provide oversight to finance support functions, strengthen forecasting practices, and contribute to improved financial performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Build, maintain, and refine financial models that provide meaningful insight into trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
• Enhance forecasting and budgeting processes to improve accuracy and support operational planning.
• Partner with business leaders to translate high-level objectives into practical financial plans and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee financial analysts and payroll team members, providing direction, coaching, and support to encourage accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support accounting operations by assisting with reporting activities and ensuring account reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Analyze business and sales data using reporting and data mining techniques to identify performance drivers and areas for optimization.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and management reports to address evolving business needs and executive requests.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling,



and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, EPM platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using data mining techniques to interpret complex information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver ad hoc financial analysis in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance-related teams, including analysts or payroll support staff.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
