About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a hands-on, operational leader in building and optimizing financial infrastructure within a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the migration and integration of accounting systems, standardizing financial processes, and establishing internal controls to support continued revenue growth. This role requires a mid-career executive with a strong background in financial systems, working capital optimization, and team leadership. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in driving operational discipline, delivering financial insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities
