About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for its multi-location dealership group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing dealership performance in various areas, including sales, fixed operations, finance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This executive will work closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers, OEM representatives, and executive leadership to ensure profitability, growth, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The role demands a high level of performance, accountability, and a commitment to driving a culture of operational excellence and performance accountability across all dealership locations.
