- CAD $135,000 Responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will contribute to our modern IT practices through infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, and efficient system management.
• Implement and maintain Windows-based infrastructure components.
• Manage system configurations and updates using SCCM.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Support DevOps initiatives through Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor system performance and manage capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
• Support disaster recovery and high availability implementations.
• Support AWS cloud service implementations.
• Manage system monitoring and alerting systems.
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure monitoring.
• Configure and maintain monitoring metrics and alerts.
• Lead medium-complexity projects.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation. About You
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related hands-on experience in the IT Infrastructure area, with a focus on Windows server and automation.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT Operations.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
• In-depth knowledge of:



o Active Directory and Group Policy. o DNS, DHCP, and file services. o IIS configuration and management. o Windows Server clustering and high availability. o Windows Server administrative best practices and security hardening. o Windows Server backup and recovery.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with SCCM for system management.
• 1+ years of AWS cloud platform experience.
• Experience with Grafana dashboard creation and maintenance and Prometheus or other time-series databases.
