Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Bilingual Service Technician (French and English) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and basic building maintenance tasks to ensure that properties, equipment, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has basic construction knowledge, practical maintenance skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. This position requires flexibility, as the technician must be available to respond to emergency service calls outside regular business hours when needed.

Requirements and Responsibilities





- Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
- Ability to communicate in both French and English.
- Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
- Ability to lift 45 kg (100 lbs) or more when required, using secure lifting practices.
- Basic knowledge of construction and building maintenance.
- Ability to perform plastering, painting, minor plumbing repairs (including faucet replacement), basic electrical outlet replacement where legally permitted, and HVAC filter changes.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently or within a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality service.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
