Custom Courier Co Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Dispatch Team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating local and provincial deliveries, assigning trips to our fleet contractors, and ensuring timely, efficient customer service to our customers. This role is ideal for a adaptable, positive individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and rewards.

Responsibilities

- Answer customer phone calls and respond to delivery requests.
- Provide rate quotes for potential deliveries.
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery requests to fleet contractors.
- Monitor deliveries, troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues as they arise.

Experience

- Prior experience or knowledge of the transportation, logistics or courier industry




- Exceptional communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervisor.
- A Team Player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to solve problems and improve operations.
- Strong background and knowledge of the City of Saskatoon

Pay: $50,000.00-$71,600.00 per year
