Core Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor

- Recommend suitable wireless plans, phones, tablets, accessories, and broadband or TV services to meet individual and store sales quotas.
- Explain wireless plans, features, promotions, and available options in a simple and easy-to-understand way
- Greet customers, assess their usage needs and budgets, and demonstrate product features to offer personalized solutions.
- Answer our customer questions and provide helpful information throughout the sales process.
- Process sales transactions, complete contracts and warranties, handle account activations and upgrades, and manage billing inquiries
- Assist customers with service selections, account information, and enrollment steps




- Work alongside the team to support daily sales goals and maintain a positive retail environment
