Position Summary We are urgently looking for an experienced OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to support our client, Liberty. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with OverIT NextGen Field Service Management (FSM) and a solid understanding of field service operations, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce management, integrations, and techno-functional consulting. ? Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting OverIT NextGen FSM
• Strong experience with:
• Work Order Management
• Scheduling & Dispatch
• Mobile Workforce Management
• Field Operations
• Experience integrating FSM platforms with:
• CRM
• ERP
• GIS
• Asset Management
• IoT systems
• Solid Techno-Functional Consulting experience
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
• Solution configuration and customization
• Testing, deployment, and production support
• Utility, Energy, Telecom, Transportation, or Oil & Gas experience preferred
