• Current BCLS certification (Level C)

Requirements:




• Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable car in community homecare is required
• Up to date TB test within last 2 years
• Must have your own: a)Stethoscope b) Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.
