About GIGABRANDS We're a full-service Amazon agency managing 50+ brands. We combine neuromarketing, AI-powered strategy and deep Amazon expertise, with PPC, SEO, catalog, creative and brand strategy all under one roof. We've grown fast over the last three years, and we're just getting started. The role You'll own a portfolio of 10–15 Amazon brands and lead your own Pod: an Account Manager, a PPC Specialist and a Graphic Designer. You're the face of GIGABRANDS for your clients. You set the strategy, keep your team focused, and catch problems before they reach the client.
What you'll do
? Own client relationships and communication, from strategy to weekly KPIs ? Set and drive 30/60/90-day growth goals for every account ? Lead and mentor your Pod,
and review every deliverable before it goes out ⚙️ Run a tight operation in ClickUp and find at least one process improvement every week What you bring ✅ 3–5 years in brand management, account management or eCommerce marketing ✅ Hands-on Amazon experience across PPC, SEO, catalog and creative (non-negotiable) ✅ Experience managing multiple clients at once and leading cross-functional teams ✅ Highly organised, with strong follow-through ✅ Confident communicator with native or C2-level English ✅ Available during US Eastern Time business hours ➕ Bonus: agency experience, Helium 10, Data Dive, Notion or ClickUp Why you'll love it ?
