## Overview AtkinsRéalis is hiring a hiring an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Toronto. This position requires a robust understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will be based on an exciting major airport infrastructure project based in the West end of Toronto. ## Your role
* Manages the owner’s oversight activities with respect to construction coordination and inspection.
* Works collaboratively with the contractor’s construction management team to coordinate the delivery of the works.
* Manages the owner’s construction management team incl. Deputy Construction Manager and Construction Inspectors for the sub-program.




* Provides subject matter expertise with respect to construction management and general project delivery matters.
* Supports design management to confirm suitability for procurement and construction.
* Participates in constructability, scope management, and value engineering reviews during design.
* Oversees the contractor’s construction activity to determine and report on whether program specifications are followed.
* Actively manages, monitors, and reports on the status of the project construction progress and schedule.
* Supports the commercial process as part of the contractor’s application for
