Support accounting for EllisDon’s special purpose vehicles in Public-Private Partnership projects, managing financial activities across billions in scope. Collaborate with stakeholders and streamline financial processes every month. EllisDon is seeking an Accountant for Asset Management with a focus on Public-Private Partnership projects. This role involves financial management for special purpose vehicles, coordinating multiple stakeholders including lenders and legal counsel. You will manage full-cycle accounting, HST filings, and assist with cash flow projections and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with payments, receipts, and distributions for SPVs
• Prepare monthly HST filings for each special purpose vehicle




• Assist in cash flow projections and variance identification
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for partners
• Collaborate on year-end audits and special projects

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of accounting experience
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software
• Robust analytical and communication skills
