Malteries Soufflet in Thunder Bay, Ontario, is hiring an Operator to support both malting and grain handling operations. The role involves operating equipment, following process controls, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Shift work and outdoor exposure are possible, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. Compensation starts at CAD 30.38 per hour for a probationary period of 6 months, increasing to CAD 35.74 per hour, with a broad perks package including extended healthcare and paid
