The role includes caregiver consultation and education on rehabilitation strategies, with daily travel to client homes or community sites.

Applicants must be a licensed Occupational Therapist with CAOT eligibility, and have robust communication and organizational skills plus the ability to work autonomously within an interdisciplinary
