Savanna Drilling in Leduc, Alberta is seeking a Field Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for field operations and support onboarding for current hires. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate testing and documentation.
You will work closely with Operations to maintain qualified field staff and ensure a smooth hiring experience, including onboarding, contracts, and orientation.
