Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to lead the successful delivery of strategic regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery across multiple teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of critical regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives.
- Manage project deliverables across architecture, development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Securities, Wealth, Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Enterprise Technology teams.
- Manage complex integrations, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Act as the primary escalation point for technology risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
- Coordinate environment builds, releases, production support activities, and defect remediation.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and operational requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, coaching,



talent development, and resource management support to team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- University degree, preferably in technology/ engineering.
- 7-10+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery programs in large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting initiatives AML, FCCM, or compliance technology solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management/delivery practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology teams, vendors, budgets, and resource plans.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, regulatory reporting platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Solid technical foundation with experience in software development would be preferrable and modern architecture patterns.
