Job Summary:

The Area Manager’s overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.



This role pertains to winter season supervision planning operations and overseeing snow removal activities, ensuring internal standards and client expectations are met while providing consistent feedback to management.

Reports to : Operations Manager

Major Responsibilities

- Plan operations & dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities on several commercial locations simultaneously.
- Oversee snow removal operations to meet our internal standards and our client expectations.
- Visit sites to visually inspect sites during or after snow removal operations.
- Create & update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system.
- Handle customer complaints & resolve issues within a timely manner.
