Power Platform Consultant Position Summary

We are seeking a Power Platform Consultant to design and implement scalable Microsoft 365 collaboration, document management, and information management solutions within a complex organizational workplace. The consultant will work with stakeholders to develop practical solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies while establishing information architecture, governance, and documentation standards to support future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into sustainable Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Hub Sites.
- Develop centralized document repositories with appropriate permissions, naming conventions, version control, retention, and lifecycle management.
- Establish information architecture, governance frameworks, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain public-facing information or directory solutions using Drupal or similar CMS platforms.
