Job Duties Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or to serve to guests Collect payment for beverages and record sales Maintain and document inventory by performing opening and closing counts for bar or concession Request bar stock when needed Ensure the bar area or concession is clean including glassware Comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation Check identification of guests Report any incidents to management Requirements Smart Serve Certification Bartending experience is an asset Excellent communication skills Able to work under pressure Ability to stand for long periods Open Availability Smart Serve (required)Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $17.60 per hour Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
