The temporary Dental Receptionist will ensure smooth front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Maintain accurate patient records using Gold Dental Software. Verify insurance information and assist with billing or payment processing as needed Coordinate appointment scheduling to optimize office workflow Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence Requirements Prior experience as a dental receptionist is necessary Must be experienced with Gold Dental Software Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with patients and staff Experience operating multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times Pay$30.00-$35.00 per hour Advantages In office parking Work Location In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
