Position Summary Under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), the Personal Support Worker provides compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to residents while supporting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care to residents according to established care plans Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff Document care provided using assigned documentation systems Support residents’ comfort, safety,
