The P&C; Operations group provides an elevated and global people experience powered by Digital. This includes enabling Co Es through digital platforms, delivering shared services through Service Delivery, and supporting a product-centric operating model.
A day in the life: What you do
Define, maintain, and implement platform standards, governance, and operational processes across Core HCM (Workday) and Service Now HRSD ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needsLead delivery of complex system initiatives and enhancements across foundational HR platforms with a high-performing teamOptimize how Core HR systems and Service Delivery capabilities are leveraged to improve efficiency, data integrity, and employee experiencePartner with stakeholders to drive transparent, trusted relationships and deliver on strategic roadmap prioritiesLead cross-functional collaboration across P&C;, Technology, and vendors to deliver system improvements and upgradesDrive a customer-focused culture that delivers simple, scalable,

The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C; Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts.
This role partners closely with P&C; Co Es, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and Service Now-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.
You are responsible for:Developing and leading your teamPrioritizing work across foundational HR platformsManaging escalations and driving resolutionDelivering enhancements that improve employee and manager experience across core systemsqualificationsUndergraduate degree in P&C;, Business, or related field; HRIS certification an asset4+ years people leadership experience managing 4-6 direct reports4+ years subject matter expertise in Core HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and Service Delivery platforms (Service Now HRSD preferred)Proven experience delivering and managing product roadmaps and system enhancements across enterprise HR platformsStrong ability to communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadershipExperience leading Tier 2 support for enterprise HR systems, including issue triage and vendor collaborationStrong critical thinking, problem-solving,

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$116,200-$152,600annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
