Apply transaction monitoring and investigative expertise as an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst with Barclays in the Isle of Man. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will support Barclays’ AML/CFT control setting by reviewing customer and transactional activity, investigating alerts, and identifying unusual or potentially suspicious behaviour. The role requires risk-based decisions, accurate case records, and collaboration with Financial Crime, Compliance, and operational teams. You will also support Private Bank and Wealth Management processing, reporting, issue resolution, and control improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and investigative skills

- AML/CFT knowledge, including sanctions, PEPs, and risk factors
- Knowledge of payments, banking products, and transaction flows
