Soul Foods Group is seeking a Starbucks Store Manager in Alberta to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store results in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

You will recruit, coach and develop partners, manage inventory and costs, uphold food safety standards and local compliance, and serve as the face of the store within the community.

Flexibility for evenings/weekends and a commitment to growth with opportunities within the franchise are offered.
