INNIO is seeking a capable Area Team Leader to supervise a manufacturing team on the midnight shift in Welland, Canada. You will coach staff, manage staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with maintenance and planning teams to ensure protected, on-time production and continuous improvement.

You will drive KPIs, uphold 6S and ISO/compliance standards, and mentor staff through competency development while maintaining training records.
