Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business and grow a profitable commercial insurance portfolio
- Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts
- Pursue mid-to-large commercial accounts and specialized markets
- Assess exposures and develop tailored insurance risk solutions
- Maintain pipelines and execute sustainable business development strategies

Requirements:

- Three to four years of commercial insurance production experience
- Demonstrable current business development and production track record
- Experience developing mid-to-large commercial accounts
- Strong commercial markets, coverage, and risk exposure knowledge
- RIBO education with relationship-building and negotiation skills
