The Ontario Public Service, Thunder Bay Correctional Centre, is seeking an Addiction Counsellor to join a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver rehabilitative counselling to offenders, develop addiction programs, and participate in treatment planning and discharge planning.
You will liaise with community agencies, contribute to inter-skilled committees, conduct assessments, and support reintegration.
