Support children and youth as a Residential Counsellor in a structured group home setting, with responsibility for safety, health, and well-being.

Reporting to the Direct Services Supervisor, the Residential Counsellor provides care to boys and girls experiencing difficulties at home. The position promotes each child’s best interests and protection within residential living. On-the-job training supports learning recent skills, while social services or child welfare experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and care to group home clients
- Promote children’s best interests and protection
- Support clients’ safety, health, and well-being

Requirements:

- Interest in working with children and youth
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Personal time management abilities

- Willingness to travel; no remote work available
