This full time, year-round position directs crews, equipment, and assigned tasks while mentoring newer team members. You will perform tree pruning, removal, inspections, and related arboricultural services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews providing safe, efficient arboricultural care
- Plan and execute assigned work and tasks
- Maintain, prepare, and operate arboricultural tools and equipment
- Perform pruning, thinning, and hazardous tree removal
- Manage customer service expectations and client contact

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of arborist experience
- ISA certification or arboriculture program enrollment
- Valid provincial driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Strong tree, knot, and shrub identification skills
