Job Details: Administer medications using Catalyst (eMAR) . Order medications through Catalyst or by phone. Perform comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments . Communicate with the General Practitioner via phone or fax. Observe, document, and report patient conditions, including signs and symptoms, to the appropriate medical qualified.
