UNIT4 System Administrator & Support Specialist

Location:
Burnaby, BC – Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite/week) Type: 12-Month Contract Start: January 2027 We are looking for an experienced UNIT4 System Administrator & Support Specialist to support and enhance a UNIT4 Business World / Agresso ERP setting.

Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot UNIT4 Business World / Agresso ERP . Support UNIT4 ERP 7.10+ and ERPcr . Troubleshoot system, configuration, workflow, and performance issues. Support integrations using UNIT4 Extension Kit and Azure Logic Apps . Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for system support and integrations. Support web services, APIs, system integrations, and data migrations . Work with business, financial systems, database, and development teams.



Provide user support and maintain technical documentation. Must Have ~3+ years of hands-on UNIT4 ERP / UNIT4 ERPcr experience. ~ Strong UNIT4 Business World / Agresso administration and support experience. ~ Experience with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps integrations . ~ Experience with web services/APIs and enterprise integrations . ~ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ~ Must be able to work hybrid in Burnaby at least 2 days/week . Nice to Have Government/public-sector experience. UNIT4 upgrades or modernization experience. Experience supporting complex financial ERP environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
