This permanent, full-time Youth Housing Outreach Support Worker supports youth facing homelessness, violence, isolation, or sexual exploitation. You will provide culturally safe outreach, assessments, education, life skills, mediation, and emotional wellness support. The position also helps youth pursue stable housing and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide culturally safe outreach and crisis intervention
- Connect youth with housing and community resources
- Facilitate goal-setting, care planning, and skill building
- Collaborate with youth workers and community stakeholders
- Maintain records, statistics,



reports, and case documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant social science or social services
- Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent
- Experience supporting vulnerable youth and social issues
- De-escalation and crisis intervention training
- Valid BC driver’s licence, vehicle, and business insurance
