Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing seeks a PM Sous Chef for its mountain hospitality operation. Working with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will maintain kitchen activities and service standards. The position includes dinner service, après-ski execution, staff meals, preparation, ordering, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities
Execute dinner and après-ski service with polished presentation Complete preparation and ready the kitchen before service Maintain food quality, cleanliness, rotation, and waste control Coordinate ordering, shipping, receiving, and inventory needs Communicate guest, kitchen, and operational information professionally

Requirements:
Three to five years of Sous Chef experience Modern upscale restaurant experience Five-plus years in the food service industry Knowledge of FOODSAFE, hazardous materials, and first aid Ability to transport 50 pounds occasionally and 35 regularly Bring culinary leadership, service execution, and kitchen organization to seasonal PM operations at Albreda Lodge in Blue River. #J-18808-Ljbffr
