Felix Health is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who has experience leading and scaling full lifecycle programs. Own the strategy and implementation of lifecycle marketing and transactional journeys across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages via Iterable. Develop a agile and personalised customer lifecycle experience, tailored to each user’s behaviours. Draft clear, succinct and persuasive copy for all customer communications. Multi-year track-record owning lifecycle,



ideally for a consumer product with a large customer base. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Sendgrid, etc.) and related tools/languages (ex. HTML/CSS).
